The Service de l'air, du bruit et des rayonnements non ionisants de l'Etat de Genève (Department of Air, Noise and Non-ionising Radiation for the State of Geneva—SABRA) is tasked with limiting risks to health and the environment related to the presence and the manipulation of hazardous substances in construction. In order to increase awareness amongst the different stakeholders in relation to the problem of historical pollutants, an information campaign was initiated by the SABRA, with the financial backing of the Gelbert Foundation in September 2013 in the Canton of Geneva.
